Additional Information: I graduated from Chatham College, 1986; from Des Moines University/College of Osteopathic Medicine, 1990 and University of Minnesota in physical medicine and rehabilitation, 1994. I am board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation by the American Osteopathic College of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation,; in Holistic Medicine by the American Board of Integrative Holistic Medicine; and in independent medical evaluation by the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners. I am in private practice and see patients for various conditions and oversee their rehabilitation needs from pain management to therapies. I perform independent medical evaluations, depositions and live testimony and do medical file reviews. I am Adjunct Professor of Rehabilitation at Des Moines University and lecture to medical students, physical therapists, physician assistants and podiatry students on pain management
