I was in the private practice of Internal Medicine and Rheumatology for 15 years before starting my current position at the Palo Alto VA-Stanford. I worked for 10 years as an IME/QME. I have worked as an expert witness in several personal injury and medical malpractice cases.
I was active with the former California Medical Review Inc("CMRI") in the 1990s, and performed many medical case reviews in that capacity.
Currently, I perform direct patient care, teaching, and clinical research. I am Chief of Rheumatology at the Palo Alto VA. I am a Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine(Stanford)
