Additional Information: Twenty-two years of experience providing diagnoses and treatment services in a wide variety of settings as a critical care and hospitalist physician with 15 years as a ICU director. I have written policy and procedure; served on numerous committees including Pharmacy and Therapeutics, Patient Safety and Quality Oversight, Physician Advisor for Case Management, Code Blue/RRT, Clinical Advisory, and Morbidity and Mortality Review.
