Additional Information: I have experience in adult primary care with a focus on geriatrics as well as home-based primary and palliative care. I am comfortable with chronic disease and acute care management in medically complex patients. I currently serve as associate medical director. I lead our regional interdisciplinary team. I collaborate with advanced practice providers who are performing in-home palliative care, addressing transitions of care, and conducting goals of care/advanced care planning discussions. We have strong focus on reducing hospital readmissions and timely transitions to hospice.

Education: Doctor of Medicine-Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine, Master of Health Administration-Virginia Commonwealth University School of Allied Health, and Bachelor of Science-Wake Forest University
