I recently opened Horton Law and Medicine, where I perform medicolegal consulting and expert witness services. I would like to start also performing file reviews. While I currently have no utilization management experience, I was recently Chief of Surgery at an intermediate sized hospital (three years) and have significant Quality Management experience.
